1. Booking and Redemption: To redeem this offer, customers must contact our sales team via WhatsApp at +60 11 5636 3595 or email at contact@pacificseniorliving.com.my. Provide the promo code MYHEART and your MyHeart Registration Number at the time of booking to receive the 5% discount. 
2. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively for registered MyHeart members. The promo code MYHEART and MyHeart Registration Number must be provided at the time of booking to avail of the discount.
3. Discount Details: A 5% discount is applicable on the published rates for a minimum 1-month stay, which includes meals, use of resort-style facilities, and participation in daily activities designed for seniors. The discount is applicable in addition to existing promotions and discounts.
4. Exclusions: The 5% discount does not apply to additional services such as physiotherapy, ala carte dining, transportation, or any other services not mentioned in the offer. 
5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. All bookings made under this offer are non-refundable, subject to the terms and conditions of the Pacific Senior Living booking policy. 
6. Availability: This offer is subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods, special events, or on specific rates. 
7. Duration of Offer: The offer is valid for new bookings and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. No further notice will be given if the terms are updated. 
8. Right to Modify: Pacific Senior Living reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, including adjusting the offer’s terms or availability.
