Events
To start using the Events module, you will need to sign up for an account. Once you have posted your event, we will assist in marketing it by sending invitations through the Invite Participant function. Invited participants will receive an email to RSVP, and upon confirmation, they will get another email with a QR code for event check-in. This QR code will automatically update your attendance list.
As the event organizer, you can also generate a separate QR code to access the scanner for attendance tracking. After the event, attendees will receive a link to provide feedback. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user guide.
The types of events that you can post are Charity, Concert or Performance, Conference, Cultural Event, Exhibition, Festival or Fair, Networking Event, Seminar or Talk, Social Gathering, Sports and Workshop or Training. Events that are posted must be pertinent to Malaysians abroad.
