I’m happy to share the project with UPM and the Oregon Health & Science University.
We’ll begin offering the survey and training to a Malaysian manufacturing company. The training program will take approximately 3–5 months to complete (wave 1 survey, three-level training sessions, and wave 2 survey). Thank you for your efforts; I understand it’s not an easy task.
Fogarty International Funders plans to continue funding the Health & Safety project, which will allow us to complete the design of the training program.
The project has the goal of evaluating and, ultimately improving the workplace culture at the Company.
In order to achieve the goal is to achieve at least 200 completed surveys in wave 1, so we’ll likely need to partner with a larger company with around 500–600 employees.
We also aim for 200 participants—from workers to supervisors and managers—in the training, as well as an appropriate number for wave 2 survey participation.
The Malaysian and region worldwide would have opportunity to understand the safety culture of the workplace weather in the construction , health, forestry or pubic sector.
